本書作者是日本燈光設(shè)計(jì)師Kaoru Mende，計(jì)劃者聯(lián)合社社長(zhǎng)。此社由最初的6個(gè)成員于1990年成立，致力于建筑的高檔燈光設(shè)計(jì)?，F(xiàn)今燈光設(shè)計(jì)的重大挑戰(zhàn)在于如何在生活中運(yùn)用自然光的同時(shí)運(yùn)用創(chuàng)新高科技。

The author is Kaoru Mende, Lighting Designer, President of Planners Associates Inc. The group is organized in 1990 with 6 members to produce superior lighting environments and thus contribute widely to the culture of architecture and light. The important challenge in lighting will be the eternal one of how to utilize natural light in our lives while also applying innovative technologies. In those lighting designs, various concepts were put forward-gentle light, aesthetically pleasing light, stylish light, shifting, changing light, formal and casual light, and so on.
