2、擬增資精石電氣，加碼儲(chǔ)能業(yè)務(wù)
4月3日，英飛特發(fā)布關(guān)于對(duì)外投資暨增資西安精石電氣科技（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“精石電氣”）的公告。
公告顯示，英飛特全資子公司“英飛特股權(quán)投資”與精石電氣及其股東等簽署增資認(rèn)購(gòu)協(xié)議，擬以自有資金2700萬元增資認(rèn)繳精石電氣增注冊(cè)資本375萬元，剩余部分計(jì)入標(biāo)的公司資本公積金。
公告顯示，精石電氣經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍為一般項(xiàng)目：光伏設(shè)備及元器件制造；變壓器、整流器和電感器制造；工程和技術(shù)研究和試驗(yàn)發(fā)展；軟件開發(fā)；軟件銷售；智能輸配電及控制設(shè)備銷售；儲(chǔ)能技術(shù)服務(wù)；信息技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù)等。公司是分布式光伏儲(chǔ)能、戶用光伏儲(chǔ)能、工商業(yè)儲(chǔ)能行業(yè)光儲(chǔ)一體機(jī)、儲(chǔ)能逆變器、能源管理系統(tǒng)（EMS）等產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)商，主要為儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)集成商提供逆變器、光儲(chǔ)一體機(jī)、EMS及技術(shù)服務(wù)。

此外，英飛特4月6日在投資者互動(dòng)平臺(tái)表示，公司擬投資的精石電氣業(yè)務(wù)不涉及數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)。
3、董事QING CHEN先生辭職
4月4日，英飛特發(fā)布公告稱，公司董事會(huì)于近日收到公司董事QING CHEN先生遞交的書面辭職報(bào)告。QING CHEN先生因個(gè)人原因，辭去公司董事職務(wù)。
根據(jù)《公司法》《深圳證券交易所上市公司自律監(jiān)管指引第2號(hào)——?jiǎng)?chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司規(guī)范運(yùn)作》《公司章程》等相關(guān)規(guī)定，QING CHEN先生的辭職報(bào)告自送達(dá)公司董事會(huì)時(shí)生效，其辭職未導(dǎo)致公司董事會(huì)成員低于法定最低人數(shù)，不會(huì)影響公司董事會(huì)正常運(yùn)作和公司日常經(jīng)營(yíng)。
據(jù)悉，QING CHEN先生原定任期為：2020年12月10日至2023年12月9日。截至本公告披露之日，QING CHEN先生未持有公司股份，不存在應(yīng)當(dāng)履行而未履行的承諾事項(xiàng)。
