　　項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介

　　東方之門位于蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)星港街199號(hào)，建筑高度301米，地處蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)CBD軸線的東端。為迎接蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)開發(fā)建設(shè)25周年慶典，提升東方之門及周邊城市夜景形象，對(duì)東方之門夜景亮化進(jìn)行提升。此次工程為東方之門西立面亮化提升工程。項(xiàng)目共計(jì)安裝5800余米LED視頻燈條，在幕墻里面形成LED像素屏幕，展示絢麗多彩的效果。因?yàn)槭菬艄飧脑祉?xiàng)目，在原有幕墻裝飾型材上安裝燈具，需要考慮到燈具安裝的固定方式，電源信號(hào)總線的敷設(shè)，燈具安裝不影響白天的建筑幕墻效果，為此，針對(duì)此次燈具安裝的燈槽進(jìn)行了專門的定制。整個(gè)項(xiàng)目共計(jì)安裝5800余米燈槽及燈具，44臺(tái)16口DMX512分控，40000余米各類電線.

　　項(xiàng)目共計(jì)安裝1臺(tái)主控服務(wù)器，1臺(tái)核心交換機(jī)，10臺(tái)工業(yè)級(jí)樓層交換機(jī)，44臺(tái)16口DMX512分控器，5800余米15W RGBW全彩LED線條燈，272臺(tái)直流開關(guān)電源，40000余米管線橋架。整個(gè)項(xiàng)目用電量為87KW.

　　節(jié)能措施及效果

　　此次東方之門西立面亮化提升工程的所有燈具都是采用節(jié)能、環(huán)保、長(zhǎng)壽命的LED燈具，燈具控制采用目前最先進(jìn)的：DMX512+RDM系統(tǒng);燈具的亮度和色度可以根據(jù)每天亮燈的不同時(shí)間段進(jìn)行編程控制；系統(tǒng)采用信號(hào)監(jiān)控和反饋技術(shù)：智能控制系統(tǒng)在無損顯示的情況下對(duì)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)每一個(gè)燈具的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)反饋，精準(zhǔn)管理，極大地提高了管理效率。
1. LED 燈具的效率不低于90%,功率因素不低于90%。
2. 電力干線最大工作電壓降應(yīng)當(dāng)不大于2%，分支線路的最大工作電壓降不大于3%。
3. 優(yōu)先選用成熟可靠的節(jié)能技術(shù)和設(shè)備。
4. 建立切實(shí)有效的節(jié)能管理機(jī)制。
設(shè)置以下四種控制模式：常態(tài)模式、節(jié)假日模式、重大活動(dòng)模式和深夜模式。嚴(yán)格控制開啟時(shí)間、亮度、范圍、切換頻率等，并與區(qū)域周邊景觀照明相和諧。

　　照明設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)

　　1、定制了LED燈具安裝燈槽，即考慮到與幕墻現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)的固定，又要考慮到與燈具的安裝固定及總線敷設(shè)。
2、因改造項(xiàng)目，考慮管線出墻方式。采用了在避難層在鋁合金百葉幕墻板上開孔，集中出線。因出線過于集中，在最多的出線位置，要敷設(shè)38根電源總線和38根信號(hào)總線。為減少出線位置的電線數(shù)量，針對(duì)此項(xiàng)目特地定制RVV2*4+RVSP2*1線纜，減少管線敷設(shè)數(shù)量。
