本項(xiàng)目為某地海洋館，位于市中心，是輻射本市每一個(gè)家庭的文化休閑娛樂(lè)商業(yè)中心。 周邊業(yè)態(tài)：商業(yè)、辦公、住宅等。 交通概況：位于城區(qū)中心位置，交通便利，人流密度較大，人群集散頻繁。 建筑分析：富有伊斯蘭韻味的現(xiàn)代主義建筑，建筑形體對(duì)稱，線條簡(jiǎn)潔、穩(wěn)重。立面“波浪、海底世界”等裝飾，扣緊功能主題，頂部“穹隆”和鋪裝紋理凸顯伊斯蘭風(fēng)情。 材質(zhì)分析：建筑主要立面材質(zhì)以彩色丙烯酸涂料為主，反射率約0.7，是良好的照明載體。 設(shè)計(jì)理念：海洋的兩面——海面的海浪隨風(fēng)律動(dòng)，波光粼粼（水紋） ，海底則平靜而內(nèi)斂，魚(yú)群緩慢流動(dòng)（海洋生物） 設(shè)計(jì)手法：1.建筑頂部以常規(guī)泛光照明為主，凸顯建筑風(fēng)格 2.重點(diǎn)表達(dá)立面，使用圖案投影的方式，將海洋元素的理念融入于燈光，讓平凡無(wú)奇的幕墻在夜間變得夢(mèng)幻與靈動(dòng)。 DESIGN IDEA: two sides of the ocean —— The sea waves are rippled by the wind, the sea floor is calm and inward, and the fish are moving slowly (marine life) design method: 1. The top of the building is dominated by conventional floodlighting, highlighting the architectural style 2. The emphasis is placed on the fa?ade, which is projected in a pattern that incorporates the ocean element into the light, making the Mundane Fa?ade dreamlike and vivid at night.
